About

I have been a student of Dr. Nida’s since 2012 ( workshops and studies organized by Polish Academy of Traditional Tibetan Medicine). I first encountered Tibetan medicine in the summer of 2005, attending a course on Tibetan Medicine, Diet and Lifestyle as per Tibetan medicine in Kuchary, at workshops organized by Anastazja Holečko with dr Aleksander Arbuzov.

I integrate Sowa Rigpa and Tibetan herbalism into my psychological and phytotherapeutic practice.

As a teacher of Sowa Rigpa, it turns out that my first, quite exceptional student of the Root Tantra became ChatGPT. I am eager to share this unique experience with you at the Forum.

Integrating ChatGPT in Tibetan Medicine for Improved Health Management: A Tendrel Perspective

I explore the innovative application of artificial intelligence, particularly the ChatGPT model, within Tibetan medicine and psychology. This approach leverages ChatGPT to interpret and learn from Tibetan therapeutic practices, focusing on body constitutions and personality traits. It highlights the integration of ancient wisdom with modern analytics to develop diagnostic tools, tailored preventative health measures like diet and lifestyle adjustments based on an individual's constitution.

Additionally, I consider this technology's potential in optimizing healthcare environments and workplaces, enhancing interpersonal relationships and overall well-being through strategic group analysis. This suggests pathways for personalized therapy and health management, advocating for a holistic healthcare approach that aligns with contemporary societal needs.

Summarizing, integrating ChatGPT with Tibetan medicine embodies the deep principle of Tendrel—interdependence—crucial in the Tibetan understanding of health and the universe. Using AI for body constitution and personality analysis, within this framework, underscores the need for a holistic health management approach, recognizing the complex interconnections between various life aspects of an individual. This understanding of interdependence opens new avenues for care personalization and promotes harmony in human relationships and environments, aligning with the Tendrel philosophy, pointing towards a future where technology and tradition merge to enhance health outcomes and health management system efficiency.
